Terms of Service

By purchasing or using any Verion Host service, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1) Definitions
- “Services” includes VPS, game panels, web hosting, domain/email setup, managed services, support, and related add-ons.
- “Client” / “You” means the person or organization using the Services.
- “We” / “Us” / “Verion Host” means the service provider and its staff.
2) Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter agreements in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must purchase and remain responsible for the account.
3) Account & Security
- You are responsible for keeping passwords, API keys, and login credentials secure.
- You must immediately report any unauthorized access.
- We are not liable for losses caused by shared credentials or weak security practices.
4) Payments, Billing, and Renewals
- Services are provisioned only after payment confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically based on your billing cycle unless canceled.
- Failed payments may result in suspension.
- Prices may change with notice and apply at the next renewal.
Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
- Chargebacks are treated as payment abuse.
- Accounts involved may be suspended or terminated immediately.
- Access may not be restored until disputes and associated fees are resolved.
5) Refund Policy
- No refunds after provisioning unless the issue is proven to be our fault and cannot be resolved.
- Domain registrations, transfers, renewals, and setup fees are non-refundable once processed.
- If we make a provisioning mistake, we will correct it or offer a reasonable refund.
6) Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You may not use our Services for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:
Illegal or Abusive Use
- Phishing, scams, fraud, impersonation
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, credential harvesting
- DDoS attacks, botnets, brute-force attacks
- Hosting illegal services or stolen content
- Copyright infringement
Spam & Messaging Abuse
- Email spam, mass unsolicited messages
- Hosting tools designed for spam distribution
Network or Resource Abuse
- Resource usage that harms node stability
- Unauthorized public proxy or VPN exit nodes
- Cryptocurrency mining without written approval
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if prohibited activity is suspected or reported.
7) Backups & Data Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
- Provided backups (if any) are a convenience, not a guarantee.
- We are not liable for data loss due to user error, attacks, outages, or force majeure.
8) Uptime & Maintenance
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
- Maintenance may occur with or without notice.
- Downtime credits are discretionary unless defined in an SLA.
9) Support Policy
Unmanaged Services
Support covers billing and provisioning issues only.
Managed Services
Managed plans include help with updates, basic security hardening, and limited troubleshooting depending on the tier.
